A voice for the

As a Speaker, I share a message that is both deeply personal and true: 'You are loved - Today.' I bring a message that addresses one of the greatest wellness needs: The Nourishment of the Soul.In 2018, through the outpouring of His love, God gave me an invitation; an invitation to address the nourishment of my soul. This invitation was expressed in the following manner, an invitation: To Surrender, To Trust, To Pray and To Move - by faith.- This was an invitation to joyfully abide, while reorienting my heart towards the love of God.For the past eight years, I have journeyed with God, to places both near and far. From the continent of Australia and Europe to my local prayer meeting or missional assignment. Embarking through this journey has afforded me the opportunity to trust God, while calling over 20 different residences home.
All while remembering... ~ 'Home is where God is & God is always with me.' While physical movement took place, the primary reason for journeying with God was to allow the will of God to manifest in and through my day-to-day life. Inclusive of - Mind, Body, Heart, Soul, Breath and spirit. With the releasing of my physical home, I was able to receive what sometimes may seem intangible: An intentional awareness of the love of God, both as the anchor for my soul & a vital aspect of my wellness.
~ I was welcomed 'Home' - Where God was and always is - with me.'
As a speaker and an author, I actively engage women / young girls, through the use of biblical narratives & biblical principles - alongside embodied practices & lived experience. My talks weave together story, contemplative wisdom, and practical invitation — leaving audiences inspired & encouraged by this truth: 'You are Loved, You are Seen, You are Known - Today & Always.'

With these biblical truths as anchors: 'The joy of the Lord is my strength' — Nehemiah 8:10 and 'In your presence there is fullness of joy' — Psalms 16:11, Relearning My ABC's reintroduces the topic of wonder & Joy. Inclusive of a series of talks that reawakens curiosity, as one abides in Christ. Talks highlight how a nourished soul can embrace the child-like joy of the Lord (as one's strength and much more). Utilizing biblical context, along with descriptive and relational context, the soul is nourished, refreshed and renewed in God.
Wellness in Wholeness ~ Home Redefined
Comfort, security and my resting place — these words are often utilized to describe the feeling attributed to one's home. Irrespective of size, location or physical contents — the definition of home resonates similarly for many people. What would it mean to redefine the location of your home? What would it mean to make God your 'home'? What does it mean to make God your dwelling place? And, how does one participate and practice the presence of God?
Home redefined is a series of talks that address these inquiries, while bearing in mind the following descriptors: Vulnerability & Transparency alongside Awareness and Acceptance. 'You are invited ~ You are Welcomed Home'
Rest or Resistance ~ Living Life with Jesus (LLWJ)
God does not want us to live in a state of worry. Rather, it is from a calm and relaxed place, that we are assured that God loves us and God has His best plan for us. LLWJ provides an account of the outpouring of the love of God, upon His daughters, as demonstrated through the lens of lessons learned (while Shoshanah journeyed with God). Through the use of biblical context, embodied rhythms and practices and a lived experience, LLWJ consists of a series of talks on a variety of topics — providing practical context and content on topics that resonate universally.
